Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial/Head and Neck Surgeon
Mustansir is a dual-qualified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He studied dentistry at the University of Liverpool and medicine at Kings College London achieving distinctions in clinical sciences and clinical medicine.
Following the completion of higher surgical training in London, he was successful in obtaining an advanced fellowship in head and neck cancer surgery and microvascular reconstruction.
He has previously held consultant posts at Great Ormond Street Hospital, University College London and Barts Health NHS Trusts. He is a consultant at Guy’s Hospital performing a high volume of head and neck cancer cases with excellent success rates.
He is passionate about achieving functional outcomes following head and neck cancer surgery and is dedicated to achieving high levels of patient care for which he has received patient nominated awards and recognition.
